This Building is a scam on the board of Education on the part that it paid $182,500.00 For a building that is a burnt out condemmed property that was bought about the time that CPS decieded to tear the block down. It was bought for the sum of $6200.00 from the county for back taxes so who thought it was a good Ideal to pay that much and did anyone get a kick back from this deal.
