Series: Cincinnati Preservation Bargains 926 Nassua

Another "bargain" in our Preservation Bargains series. This brick mansion is located as 926 Nassau Street. With the exception of the lower level garage entrance this home is largely original on the brick exterior and features some Romanesque Arched style windows and a substantial Brick porch. This home has been on the market at a much higher price and has been re listed with a new agent Barnes Real Estate 513-527-4660 with a bargain price of 12,900. The listing states 'Lots of space, but bring your hammer"

The Cincinnati Preservation Bargain Series draws attention to homes of Historic character that deserve to be saved. This should not be considered an "endorsement" of any particular property and anyone considering buying historic home should always do their due diligence.

Thanks Dan,Given the problems of this economy many "slumlords" are simply walking away from properties. Unfortunately there are still "investor types" er, slumlords who snap them right back up. Hopefully through this series maybe we can see some of these once grand homes "saved" and into the hands of people who actually CARE!

This is a great idea for a series of posts. I'll try to check in more often.
