4008 Rose Hill FINALLY on the Market

The mansion at 4008 Rose Hill, after a 3 ring circus with an auction house conducting a tag sale, the thefts of several architectural items from the house after it was sold at the sheriff's sale is finally on the market at 219,000.00. The 7000 square foot Mansion is listed by Alegna Realty which handles many foreclosures. All offers must have pre approval letter or proof of funds along with copy of earnest money check.

One can but wonder what the value of this house would have been if the windows were still there? The good thing is that despite the architectural rape of this home, there is strong interest in it due to its location so perhaps a good chapter may follow in the history of this home.

This area should support a 200-300K investment. I hope it finds a sensitive owner.

What was stolen from this property? What type of windows? What other items?
