Westwood: Pro Preservation Rally Today to save the Gamble House

Due to Judge Nadel's presence on site today to tour the Gamble house as a result of the court case between Greenacres and the city, local preservationists are holding a "Pro Preservation" rally today outside on the public sidewalk or across the street from the historic James N. Gamble House , 2918 Werk Road , Cincinnati, OH , 45211 from 2-3 PM.

Residents want a show of support for saving the house and have asked people to bring pro preservation signs. Residents want to illustrate how much the neighborhood cares and supports the saving of the Gamble House.

Judge Nadel will be issuing a ruling soon on the demolition permit and this is your opportunity to show community support for saving this house which is perhaps one of the most significant to the history of Cincinnati.

Efforts to save the Gamble house have attracted national and international attention. The Save the Gamble House Facebook page has attracted over 2650 members and is growing. Cincinnati preservation Association is currently on a fundraising drive to purchase the property.
Preservationists remain hopefull.
