Cincinnati Preservation Bargains: Woodburn Ave

Sometimes you just wish you could buy everything! I bet this house sells quick! A delightful Queen Anne Victorian with charming turret is for sale at 3347 Woodburn Avenue. The price? An amazing 22,500.00 and it looks like its live in ready. This lender owned two family  can be easily converted back to the fine single family home you have dreamed of.

Great interior details including fireplaces, Bay windows, it doesn't get much better than this. Great wraparound porch and an unfinished third floor. This may be the best Preservation bargain we have featured here this year.

Offered by Shirley Winters, MLS 1241802 call 1(513)474-5000. to arrange a showing but I'd hurry if I were you!

Do you know of a preservation bargain? A historic home that just need some love and TLC to bring it back to its former glory? If so email me at victiques@hotmail.com and we may feature it here. Since we have begun this series we have saved several homes from the clutches of slumlords and investors. Restoring Cincinnati , one home at a time!

Does it have a VBML?? I am not looking at anymore houses that are VBML because there is no way to get them off once they are on there and it is a sure way to break your heart.

Amazingly No. As you know most foreclosures in this city seem to get slapped with one and it is a big dis-incentive to buy.

Personally I think if more potential home buyers shared with the council by sending them emails what they are encountering it would go a long way towards educating the council that what once may have been a good idea, in the current hosuing market isn't working , and it certainly isn't helping neighborhoods,
