Cincinnati Preservation Bargains: 1277 Manss, Price HIll

If a big rambling Brick Queen Anne is "just your style", then you might want to consider this one at 1277 Manss Ave in Price Hill.

4 bedrooms, 2 Baths and a mostly intact detailed Porch are just some of the features of this "preservation bargain". Couple that with the nice double level Italianate bay, some nice fireplaces and you have the basics for a great restoration project. 1900 sq foot, 60x100 lot and only 9,900.00! MLS 1260873 offered by Prodigy properties.

Do you know of a Cincinnati preservation bargain? A great old house that just needs a loving "preservation minded" person to buy it and save it from the clutches of a slumlord or worse yet a city bulldozer? If so email em  at victiques@gmail.com with the details and we might feature it here. Since we started this series we have united several homes with new owners and those houses are on their way back from the brink, Saving Cincinnati, one house at a time!.

Owned by William Bassett (b. 1863) from 1895 until his death in 1934. It stayed in his family until 1948.
He was a superintendent of a coal company.
