Overlook at Knox Hill Project: Exterior Updates
With a blizzard coming work will be slowed down on the project so I thought I'd update everyone on some really good progress.
All the stucco is gone from South and east elevations so siding and window work can happen . By our counts about 18 cu yards of material removed. In short, TONS of weight removed. The house is now Tvecked and interior sealing with expandable foam is ongoing
We also installed the gable window which is the same size as the original, of course we had some re-framing to due because of old rot. Great view out the front.
Interior work is coming along nicely and all the old deteriorated plaster and drywall is gone. And thanks to some new lighting (part of the new security system) the house is lit up quite nicely.

Hi,
I have a quick question about your blog, do you think you could e-mail me?
