Overlook Project Design Revisions: Mt.Adam's style in Fairmount

Over the last couple of weeks we have been carefully working on design revisions to the Overlook Project based on un-met demands in the marketplace and conversations with local real estate professions and potential buyers of the project.

The revision makes some substantial design changes and works towards a higher level of design sophistication. The exclusive use of Hardi exterior materials from 'rain shield panels' to trim and cladding insure a low maintenance exterior. Glass selection has been upgraded to "Hurricane strength" windows with special tinting to reduce UV fading from the southern exposure. The front 'roof balcony' has been extended from the structure slightly to enlarge the space and provide better views. A High quality metal roofing on the front gable also insures a long term quality finish.

So work continues on stucco removal with the sides now being worked on. The warm weather has been great and we are ahead of projected schedule in several areas.
