Hi, I really enjoy your blog and have been inspired many ways by reading through the back logs. I was curious of the status of the house on knox st? I was in the area recently and drove by, only the home did not appear to be lived in. Much of the paint had failed and chipped and the landscaping seemed untouched. I hope everything is ok with the project and it still looked great! Thank you for the great blog.

We are working on several restoration projects right now on other property in the neighborhood (in fact its time for a repaint on the house) and we have been doing weeding but haven't had time this year to do any "big" landscape projects this year. We divide our time between the Indy House and this one. The Indy house will be sold soon so that is off our plate. Like most people too much going on. In fact I rarely get to blog about things as I am swamped with projects. This has been my busiest summer ever.
