Welcome old house lover to our blogspot. I am Paul Willham and I am a Historic restoration consultant. Here I will share some of our past current and future projects with you. Welcome. you are looking at "The Willows" a landmark restoration of a 1915 Craftsman bungalow in the Arsenal Park neighborhood of Indianapolis, Indiana.
As you can see from the before and after shots there was quite a bit of work involved. Not only on the outside but particularly on the inside as all the woodwork and built ins were long gone! We had to recreate that 1915 style while "cranking it all up a few notches!
